Updates!
Annual assessments for 2024 will be mailed out January 1st and are due on January 31st! The assessment for the year is $200. Please make checks payable to Wyndham Meadows Homeowners Association. Please send your check to the address listed below. Unfortunately, payment by PayPal is unavailable this year, however, the board is exploring options for alternative payment methods for next year.
Welcome to Wyndham Meadows! We are a community of 95 homes located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Our community is located in St. Charles county in the Wentzville School District. The mission or our homeowners’ Association (HOA) is to build a vibrant close knit community. We welcome everyone and hope you enjoy the neighborhood!
Every year, the HOA holds two meetings led by the five member board of directors. The annual HOA General Meeting is held each June to elect board members, review annual budget status, and discuss community business. The annual HOA Budget Meeting is held each November to review the current year's budget performance and discuss, review, and vote on the proposed budget for the coming year. Specific dates for these meetings will be posted once they are confirmed. Wyndham Meadows' board members each serve a 2 year term. We encourage those interested in being on the community board of directors to run in the upcoming June election!!
The board of directors values and encourages communication from the community. Please reach out whenever you have questions, concerns, or ideas for making Wyndham Meadows an even better place to live.
